Q: Why should I order from Youme Fresh?

Youme Fresh provide the freshest products to our customers in an efficient manner with fresh produces being purchased daily and delivered to you with necessary equipment to ensure the products will arrive to your door at the highest quality. 

At Youme Fresh, we value you as our customers and it is our mission to ensure you are satisfied with our service. 

 

Q: Where can I download the app?

YOUME FRESH app is available for download via Apple Store and Google Play .

Q: When is the order cut-off time?

9pm is the order cut-off time.

 

Q: How do I know if Youme Fresh delivery is available in my area?

You can find this out by entering your nominated delivery address after you have completed your registration. 

 

Q: Can I order in advance?

You can choose the delivery date, but no more than 5 days.

 

Q: Can I pick up my order?

Yes, currently order collection is only available at our warehouse, which is located at 23 Bridge Street, Rydalmere, NSW, 2116 from 12pm to 5:30pm Mon – Sat. Will have more pickup points shortly.

 

Q: How do I pay for my order?

At the completion of your order, you will have the option to payment via: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, We Chat Pay or Alipay. 

 

Q: Can I cancel my order or change my order?

Yes, you can cancel or change the delivery date of your order 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Any request for cancellation after this period may result in additional fee. 

 

Q: How will my multiple orders be delivered if they are scheduled on the same delivery date?

Your orders will be dispatched to you together at the same time. 

 

Q: How do I tell the driver to leave my order unattended?

You can leave a note while you making your order.  

 

Q: What if I am not at home to receive a delivery?

If you are not at home to receive your delivery, please leave a note in your order to authorise us to leave your delivery unattended. We will place your order in a safe area near the front door or porch of your nominated delivery address. 

 

Q: What happens to frozen items in my order if I choose leave unattended?

Any frozen items are store in temperate control packaging, which can hold the temperature for approximately 2 hours. 

 

Q: What happens if I missed my delivery?

Our driver will attempt to contact you if there is no safe location to leave your order unattended. In case if our driver is unable to contact with you, your order will be returned to our warehouse for next day delivery. Additional fee may apply. 

 

Q: What if products are out of stock?

We will attempt contact you as soon as we have identified if any of item(s) within your order is out of stock. We can offer full refund on the out of stock item(s) or provided any alternative product that is similar to you. 

 

Q: Where can I direct my requests, feedbacks and queries? (Including shortage or missing products on your delivery)
